The venue project is named 20 Monroe Live with concerts planned to be announced this Fall. The art deco retro interior is intended to create a comfortable environment reminiscent of America’s great clubs throughout the years. Additionally, it will be one of the most versatile properties in the HOBE portfolio featuring a movable stage and various configurations that include but are not limited to:
Full capacity of 2580 with scalable options of 1200, 1600, 2200. Reserved seating shows will showcase a full capacity of 1700 seated, with scalable options of 500-1200. The venue is equipped with state-of-the-art sound, lights and production capabilities, and the building’s design lends itself to being one of the most user-friendly in the country for live music and special events. 20 Monroe Live has been designed with an eye for utilization for private events, corporate meetings, charity functions and festivals—all of which can be executed by Gilmore’s full-service, award-winning, on-site catering company, Gilmore Catering.
